My husband and I were living in an old home in the North End of Boise, and were experiencing pervasive mold issues. Our landlord was hardly responsive and, although she said she'd had the mold tested, was unable to provide any documentation or a report of any kind. She simply assured us that is was harmless. We'd heard of enviro through a friend who'd had a good experience with them and so we called. Within a day or two a man came out to inspect the mold. He was quick, professional, and kind. Within two days he had a full report e-mailed to us with an attachment from the lab that tested the actual mold sample. When we sent the report to our landlord she admitted that she never actually had tested the mold! All in all, our experience with Enviro was quick and easy. The man they sent out was kind and very helpful. We'll definitely use them if we run into issues again!
These guys are real pros! We had an improperly designed French drain installed by some knucklehead HOA Directors near our home in Eagle. Water intrusion from the drain made its way under our home and caused a serious form of mold as the result. Enviro's staff came out to our home, assessed the situation, tested for the mold, then wrote a very accurate and professional mold report. We're now using the report as leverage in a lawsuit to get the entire debacle fixed. Thank you Enviro for doing such a professional and thorough job. Five stars forever!!!
I was very impressed with the detail of results I received of different types of spores and the comparison to the outside air. The test far surpassed my expectations. The personnel are phenomenal to work with and obviously are passionate about their work.
We were extremely pleased with this service. Barak was on time, friendly and efficient. He took extra time to inspect areas requested by us and the report we got on his findings was complete and explained everything that was done, including photos. We would not hesitate to use this service again or to recommend them to anyone.
